While both Administrative Use Permits (AUPs) and Conditional Use Permits (CUPs) serve similar purposes, there are distinct differences between the two. It’s crucial to understand these variances to navigate the permitting process effectively.

  1. AUPs are generally easier to obtain and are utilized for smaller, routine projects.
  2. CUPs are required for larger, more complex developments that may have significant impacts on the surrounding community.

If your business or construction project requires a Conditional Use Permit (CUP), it’s essential to understand the process for obtaining one. A CUP grants special permission from local governments to use a property in a manner not typically permitted under standard zoning regulations.

The pre-construction process is a critical phase in any construction project. We prioritize making this phase as seamless and efficient as possible for our clients.

As a property owner, you recognize that construction is a significant investment. While it may be tempting to cut costs during the design phase, doing so can lead to greater expenses in the long term.
